April Online Adoption Results

Once again, online adoption continued its growth trend. In April, both online payments processed and online work orders submitted showed increases.

The month ended with overall online payment adoptions coming in at 76.2%--a 1.2% increase from March. Online work order adoption came in at 82.5%--a 1.2% increase from March.

Continue Promoting Online Adoption

Keep up your current online adoption promotion efforts by using the "Chapman-Brown Plan" and advertising online adoption as part of a "go green" initiative.  You can also use Site Manager to invite unregistered residents to enroll, leave the Mobile App flyer in apartment homes with each completed service request, and remind residents that they may pay through the web or by Apple Pay instead of using the app.
