At each regional Awards Gala this year, we presented your kudos and words of kindness that were shared through our Employee Recognition Form. 

If you haven't submitted a shout-out to your fellow NorCal associates, there's still time! Share the applause through our Employee Recognition Form by the end of today, Wednesday, April 12 to be featured at NorCal's Awards Gala next Tuesday, April 18.

Steffani Hedstrom of Ashton Sherman Village applauded Jacquilyn Bellwood of Arbors at Parc Rose:
Thank you for being so "on it" all of the time. You have made all of us do so well ... and I cannot thank you enough.  Thank you for all that you do!

Clay Cochran applauded Pablo Jimenez, both from Hope Ranch:
Pablo has a lot of experience and skill in construction, so he was able correct an installation by a CMS vendor and ensure quality control during the whole process. This saved us money the long run, and maintained our standards of Essex excellence.

Colton Williams applauded Mark Rubino, both from Ballinger Commons:
I'm recognizing Mark because he has made it very easy for me during my transition to this occupation. He is someone that anybody can call for maintenance advice, works his hardest every day to complete as many Work Orders as he can, and can be a bright, shining personality on the property. If I could, I would've nominated him for Maintenance Tech Of The Year.
