Attention: All Associates

The Northern California CM/MS (Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor) meeting held December 13, 2018, put communication and leadership skills to the test in what some called the "most fun team building event ever." Attendees participated in team building exercises put together by our wonderful trainers Rebecca Harvey, Mary Quinn, and Tami Whalen, all while contributing to a good cause.

The meeting consisted of four different activities. After successful completion of each activity, participants received the pieces needed to assemble a bike. In the end, the teams had 12 minutes to build their bike. At the event's conclusion, 14 bikes were built to donate to the San Francisco Fire Department, and that was the only prize our team needed! As one associate said, "It was fun and felt good because it was for a good cause. The picture afterward was the cake topper."
