Hey there, field admin associates and RPMs! We’re streamlining the ad sources available in Yardi. Here's what you need to know:

• Where can I find the new ad source list?
• New Yardi Ad Source List + Mapping
• In the above spreadsheet you'll find:
• New Ad Source List ( tab 1). This lists the 50 ad sources in Column B and has notes about how different sources have been combined in Column C.
• Yardi Ad Source Mapping (tab 2). Column A reflects the current ad source and Column B reflects what it will be post streamlining.
• LevelOne Ad Source Mapping (tab 3). Column C reflects the current ad source and Column D reflects what it will be post streamlining.

• When should we start using the new ad sources? 
• Please start using the new ad sources beginning December 17, 2015 when you create a Guest Card in Yardi.

• Why the change?
• The current ad source list has duplication and is outdated, which hinders us from accurately capturing and reporting how leads come in.
• Streamlined ad sources will set the stage for us to adopt a CRM in 2016. 

• What's different?
• The new ad source list is a tighter list of 50 sources for each of our properties.
• Going forward, we ask that your teams contact Marketing at marketing@essex.com to have an ad source added.
• The list of 50 has been built to accommodate what we use today, so these instances should be minimal.

• What else do I need to know?
• In the backend, IT will map all existing ad sources in Yardi to the new list and LevelOne will do the same over the next two weeks (from about 12/16-12/30) — we’ll let you know once this process is complete.
• Training will also include the new list of ad sources in their Leasing Fundamentals materials.
