The Steps to Success program launched in 2018 to promote the career growth of onsite associates. To date, almost two-thirds of our target associates are engaged in this program and 30% of them have completed it, emerging with significantly enhanced skills, which resulted in desired promotions for many. These promising results helped to define a broader L&D vision. As we evolve, we are reshaping Steps to Success to be a part of every associate’s overall journey along their development path. Some of the things you will see emerging under this new umbrella are interactive road maps, an Essex Emerging Leaders Program, and more. 

This new version of Steps to Success will provide more opportunities for your development by engaging, enabling, and empowering you to thrive at Essex.
