If you are at a BRE Legacy property, here are some important updates and action items:
 

• URLs. All former BRE Web addresses have been updated to reflect the current portfolio standard.

o   Old URL, example: www.BREAlessio.com
o   New URL, example: www.LiveAlessio.com
 

• Property email address. All former BRE property email addresses have been retired and no longer function. New property email addresses have been implemented.

o   Old property email address, example: RadiusBRE@essex.com
o   New  property email address, example: Radius@essex.com
 

IMPORTANT: Action items.

• Signature Block. In your email signature block, please update to the correct URL. Find your URL in the above document (BRE Legacy URL and Property Email and L1 Email) or use the Company Directory search function on Buzz.

• Use new property email address. Please make note of your new property email address. Find your new property email address in the above document (BRE Legacy URL and Property Email and L1 Email) 

o Need access to the new property email? Contact helpline@essex.com.

• New LevelOne email address. Please use this email for your Craigslist postings. This is the email with the @newhome1.com extension.

o Find your property’s LevelOne email address on Buzz under Marketing > Internet Marketing Resources > Craigslist & Admaker > Craigslist AdMaker Resources > All LevelOne @newhome1.com Email Addresses document.
