Attention: All sites that have rates managed by Yieldstar

From the 11/8 E-Hour,  to minimize errors and increase efficiency, apartment rates on the Essex website now refresh at noon— approximately an hour later than our current practice. This change will help ensure that rates online match Yieldstar and Yardi rates.

What do on-site teams need to do?
Be aware that rates on the website now refresh at noon, which is approximately an hour later than in the past.
