New Process for a Missed Punch in Workday

Attention: All Associates

The current process when hourly associates forget to clock in or out in Workday is for associates to fill out a hard copy “missed punch” form and submit it to their manager for approval so the manager may make the correction in Workday.
 
Effective immediately, a new electronic form—the Timecard Edit Request Form—is available on Buzz to take the place of the paper form. Here’s how it works:

  • Missed punch in Workday
  • Navigate to the Buzz homepage in the Associate Resources section to complete the Timecard Edit Request Form
  • When the form is submitted, an email will automatically be generated to both the associate who filled it out and the associate’s manager
  • Manager is to keep this form on file and then make the correction in Workday as usual
