Essex Asbestos eLearning is a 2-part series that will take the place of the required in-person Asbestos IV class required for all Essex Maintenance Associates regardless of age of community.

• Community Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and select Maintenance Technicians at communities built prior to 1981 are still required to complete the in-person Asbestos Class III 2-day and yearly in-person refreshers.
• All other Maintenance Associates will complete the Asbestos eLearning as part of their Tier 1 required courses.
• Good news! If you have already completed an in-person Asbestos session, you are not required to complete the eLearning.

Log in and check it out. Even if your current community doesn’t have Asbestos, you never know when you might be called on to help out at a community that does. Awareness is mission critical when it comes to yourself, your co-workers and your residents safe.
