Attention: All Associates

We would like to congratulate the first five E-Team members who have completed the Steps to Success program. The Steps to Success program is intended to provide the fundamental knowledge required for top performance in any given specialty. 

In less than four months of the program being active, five outstanding E-Team members have already completed full program certificates! This is a remarkable achievement, as each certificate requires 20+ courses for completion. 

Extra special recognition goes to Ryan Schmeer, who completed the Leasing Specialist program track and was recently promoted to Assistant Community Manager. The Steps to Success program, combined with your excellent work record, can give you a head start on meeting your career goals.
