This month we will be utilizing the EssexNEXT News Tab more than ever! We will be posting articles every Wednesday that highlight our value Act With Integrity and behaviors We Embrace Honesty, We Support Work Life Balance, and We Are Respectful and Dependable. As well as spotlighting the way they connect to the awareness months of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage and Mental Health Awareness.

Each week you can engage in articles that contain activities, resources, and information. We will also be utilizing E-hour and Coffee Talk to help provide ample opportunities for all associates to own their engagement and connect to the value and behaviors in meaningful ways.
