Now, perhaps more than ever, we appreciate our maintenance teams and their tireless efforts to keep our communities running smoothly.

Several communities recently took time to honor their teams with maintenance appreciation week celebrations. 

Jody Ladd at Renaissance at Uptown Orange told us, "We didn’t let COVID-19 get in the way of honoring our amazing maintenance team for maintenance appreciation week! Along with decorating their maintenance door, we asked our residents to do the same to show their appreciation as well! We also made them some pretty fun Easter baskets to enjoy!"

And over at The Barkley, residents posted signs in their windows praising the maintenance team since they could not thank them in person at this time.
