Why Should I Take Advantage of the Steps to Success Program?

• The Steps to Success program offers resources and training certificates in maintenance, management and leasing.
• If you have a vision for your career trajectory, the Steps to Success program, combined with your excellent work record, can give you a head start on meeting your career goals.

How Do I Start?

• All Steps to Success courses will be in Learning Bridge. Most of the courses will be available online, in video or eLearning formats.
• Courses are available on demand, meaning you can take the classes when it best fits your schedule. Most courses are divided into short 5-10-minute segments, so you can conveniently fit training into your schedule. You can also complete the courses on any device of your choice.
• If you are interested in discussing your career plans, you can make a request online to talk directly to a Learning Specialist.

Next Steps?

• Steps to Success will launch on April 1. Associates will receive an email invitation to visit Learning Bridge to see the program live.
• Throughout the month of April, the Learning Department will host webinars to demonstrate features of the new program.
