Attention: All Associates

The LA Corporate office hosted their 1st annual chili cook-off as a spirited way to kick-off the Memorial Day weekend.

Chili recipes were split into three categories: meat, bean, and white/green chili. Judges Alice Mallari, Juan Claustro, and Anthony Magtalas used official chili cook-off scoring sheets to grade the culinary creations and awarded Essex Excellence Awards to the winners.

Congratulations to the winning chefs:

• Best Bean Chili: Tami Whalen
• Best White/Green Chili: Sean O'Shea
