The Force was strong with Kristy Graham

Kristy Graham, account representative for the Collections team,  recently went above and beyond for one of our residents. With a large balance due to damages from a fire in their unit, the resident believed his insurance would be covering it but after Kristy followed up with the insurance company, it was unfortunately not the case.  

Learning of the news, the resident was distraught.  He was now liable for the damages.

Wanting to help, Kristy asked the resident to have his insurance agent contact her directly. Shortly, Kristy found there had been some miscommunication and Kristy sent the insurance company what they needed.

 A week later, the insurance company picked up the claim and sent out a check.
