Essex IT continuously monitors our computing environment to maintain and secure our corporate information. A new update is being introduced to add another layer of security into our environment related to Office365 (email and applications) running on mobile devices. 
 
What is Changing?  
Starting on Wednesday, June 12, you will be asked to sign into your Okta account on each of your computing devices on which Essex solutions are used (i.e., computer, mobile phone, iPad). This is a valid request that Essex IT has tested and is deploying. Once you sign-in (sample screenshots below), you will see the single sign-on functionality you have come to expect from Okta asking for your Essex account username and password. You will be asked to verify your identity through Okta just once per device.
