Attention: All On-Site Managers

Ordering a copier for your community has never been easier—you can now submit your request to ServiceNow.
 
Within two days of submitting your request, you will receive an email response with the purchase and service agreements. Once you have reviewed and your RPM has signed the agreements, the delivery and install will typically take 7-10 business days. Our vendor will reach out to you directly to coordinate the delivery and install. They will also take your old copier away and recycle it at no additional charge.
 
Prior to making your request, make sure that your community has budgeted for a new copier and you have RPM approval. If you have questions, please reach out to the Essex Service Desk.
