Know IT Now! New Process for Managing Telephone Bills: JUVO

Essex has partnered with a Telecom Expense Management Company (TEM), JUVO, which will provide greater visibility and management of our telecom invoices, devices, and service plan inventory, in addition to generating cost savings and helping reduce areas of inefficiency.
 
Here is what that means for you:

  • All Telcom invoices (telephone, internet, etc.) will be paid by JUVO. Baseline costs by property have been established based on billing history, and if any variances occur, they will be reported back to the properties.
  • Community Managers will no longer need to approve invoices. Reports can be requested from the IT Service Desk.
  • You will still see a line item on your budget/actuals.

The Essex IT Service Desk remains as your first call for support. A JUVO representative may contact you. Please consider them an extension of our IT Service Desk and answer any questions they may have.
