Dialing into Skype meetings can be unnecessarily complicated when you have to enter a main phone number plus a meeting code. This shortcut allows users to join Skype meetings using a conference room Polycom with a single click.

1. When creating a new meeting in Outlook, add the desired conference room to the invitation along with your other attendees in the "to" field.

You can use the "check name" look-up feature to find the conference room you prefer.

2. When in the conference room for the meeting, five minutes to the meeting start time, a "Join" button will appear on the Polycom. Simply click "Join," and the phone will automatically dial into the Skype meeting without the need for manual dialing.
