Kingsley Surveys Discontinue on December 31st

Essex will discontinue our participation in the Kingsley resident satisfaction survey program on December 31, 2018.

Prospects and residents will no longer receive lengthy Kingsley surveys after tour, upon move-in, pre-renewal, move-out, or work order completion. Prospect and resident sentiment can be tracked via reviews posted to social media including Facebook, Twitter, Yelp and Google, monitored through Chatmeter. Though access to the Kingsley portal will continue through January 15th, Chatmeter should be your primary source for monitoring prospect and resident opinion. 

As a reminder, Chatmeter logins are managed at the community level, using the community email address, and lost passwords may be reset at: http://live.chatmeter.com/.
