Adriana remembers when she walked into the leasing office on a busy day, the phone was ringing and a few team members were out sick. She said to the manager, “You know what I’m here, let me pick up the phone.”

Adriana was then mentored by her community manager, Erika Gomer and assistant manager, Marisol Renteria. “I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them.” 

In her first month as leasing specialist, Adriana has already helped several residents find their new homes at Paragon in Fremont, CA.  “Adriana has taken full ownership of her new position and her eagerness to learn all that she can is much to be desired by any manager,” shares Erika.

“I had others believe in me, especially my manager Erika Gomer and assistant manager, Marisol Renteria. I love the team that I work with."

Surrounded by support from her team, Adriana notes it as a great foundation for her future success. She also points to her experience as a porter, where she developed important relationships with the maintenance team and residents who she interacted with daily.

“Adriana’s pride in the Paragon community has been a testament to her drive and willingness to learn,” shares Noelle Rhoads, Adriana’s colleague.

On her free time, Adriana enjoys running marathons and spending time with her 5 year old boy, CJ. 

“I’m so proud of myself for achieving this.”
