Attention: All on-site associates

We’d like to announce that we have made some changes to the floating associate program!

You may already be aware that floaters support multiple communities within a region. This unique role requires individuals to possess exceptional skills and to be highly adaptable on a daily basis. As such, the compensation tier for floaters has been adjusted to a higher range.

In multiple regions, there is a need for floaters in the roles of Leasing Specialist, Senior Assistant Manager, and Senior Maintenance Technician. Outstanding associates who are a great fit for these open positions will be identified by their RPM and receive an invitation to apply for the role.

The floating associate program also presents an excellent opportunity to learn, train, develop, and contribute at a higher level. Floating associate positions offer a great career growth opportunity and are an exciting goal to work toward.
