The Essex Summer Internship Program is Underway!

We are excited to announce Essex officially launched a Summer Internship Program for 2018, and it’s off to a great start with 8 college and law students joining our E-team!

For 8 to 10 weeks, each student will be immersed in various corporate departments and property operations to get a taste of how Essex does business.
The goals of the program are to:

• Provide real-world learning opportunities
• Create awareness of our industry
• Promote community involvement
• Give our managers an opportunity to mentor future professionals

The program is led by Arlene Morimoto, Recruiting Manager. Arlene will be meeting with both interns and hiring managers periodically to ensure we are achieving the goals of the program to guarantee continued program success.
