A Message from Mike Schall:

Given the unusual circumstances of 2018, including the activity around Proposition 10, the senior management team has decided not to hold holiday parties for corporate or onsite associates this year.

In honoring the great deal that we accomplished together this past year, we would like to recognize your achievements and show our gratitude for your efforts and contributions in a different way. Therefore, in the holiday spirit, we will instead send each associate a gift card in the amount of $50 to spend as you choose.

The gift cards will be sent to each Community Manager and department head this week for distribution next week.

On behalf of the senior leadership team, I thank you for another great year and wish you and your families a relaxing, safe, and wonderful holiday season and a happy new year!
