Amended Department Holiday Hours
Attention: All Associates
Please be advised of the following amended holiday hours of operation:
E-Hour
There will be no E-Hour on Wednesday, November 21st. E-Hour will resume as usual on Wednesday, November 28th.
On-Site Support
All On-Site requests from November 21st through November 26th will have a delayed response. For requests that need to be addressed prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, please send an email with the necessary approvals to On-SiteRequests@essex.com by Tuesday, November 20th. For any urgent emails, please write “Urgent” in the subject line. All non-urgent emails will be addressed on Tuesday, November 27th.
IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk will operate according to the following schedule:
Thanksgiving – Closed 11/22, Open 11/23 and 11/24
Christmas – Office closes 4pm on 12/24 and is closed on 12/25
New Year’s – Office closes 4pm on 12/31 and is closed on 1/1
