Last month, a resident's garage door broke and a vendor could not come out in time.  It was early morning and the resident had to get to work. 

Instead of letting the resident call sick or let work know that she was going to be late, Lulu picked the resident up from her apartment and took her to work. Not only did she take the resident to work, but the resident also has a service dog that travels with her everywhere she goes.

While the resident was at work, Lulu made sure that her garage was fixed.

Lulu also picked up the resident from work.
