One happy resident of the Highlands at Wynhaven surprised the team with a BIG thank you card and two dozen donuts from local Seattle favorite Top Pot Doughnuts. The team was very touched by the resident's thoughtfulness. 

The card read,

To the Management and Maintenance Crew for being so friendly, attentive and responding to all of my requests big + small
