Earlier this month The Havens' Assistant Manager, Lucy, Leasing Specialist, Patty and Maintenance Technician, Raul wore their capes and saved the day. When checking on a Make-Ready, they smelled smoke coming from the building.

The Havens team found that it was coming from an adjacent unit and no one was home. Quickly,  they got Maintenance Technician Raul who was able to get in the apartment through the sliding glass door and found the stove was left on.

Due to their quick actions, there were no damages other than a melted pot. Thank you to The Havens' 3 superheroes!
