We'd like to wish Senior Construction Manager, Bill Bain a happy retirement! With Essex for close to a decade, Bill will sorely be missed. "I could not have asked for a better group with whom to bring my career to a close.
One of my favorite little inspirational sayings is the following:  'Behold the turtle, he makes progress only when he sticks his neck out!'  But, now I will fade into the sunset to have a little full time fun."
