Important challenge details:

  • Register before July 15, when registration closes and team formation ends.
  • Participate as an individual or join a team – either way you will be able to earn rewards.
  • Teams can have between 3-10 members. As soon as a third person registers and joins the team, your team is official.
  • Your team can log steps from July 22 – September 1.
  • Be sure to take advantage of the fun and motivating 10K-A-Day tools:
    • Easy Fitbit® tracking allows you to connect your Fitbit device, if you have one.
    • Visit spectacular locations around the globe as you log your activity.
    • Invite others to personal challenges through the Sole Mates tool.
    • Use the interactive message board to motivate other associates to get moving or read expert advice.
    • View easy-to-make healthy recipes to fuel success and use additional resources.
    • Remember to have fun and enjoy stepping up your fitness level!
