The E-Team at Fountain Park at Playa Vista encouraged residents to get into the holiday spirit by hosting a hot chocolate bar in their resident relations office. 

The collection of sweet treats included cookies, candy, and hot chocolate toppings: marshmallows, peppermints, and chocolate chips. Residents (especially kids) were delighted to indulge in the holiday fare and appreciated the gesture from their community staff.

Resident Relations Representative, Shukura Smith, shared, "The event was a huge success with our residents and their children!"
