The Engagement Survey results provided many comments about compensation and PTO time and we have heard you. 

Since the survey, we have updated and have new compensation (market) ranges in place and many associates received increases in April, bringing them up to current market pay.  We will continue to monitor pay rates for all company positions and adjust the ranges accordingly.
 
We have also added an additional PTO day to your accrual rates.   Below are the new accrual rates which went into effect on April 1, 2015.  These rates are also in the Associate Handbook.
