FedEx is Our Exclusive Online Shipping Provider

Attention: All Leasing Office Associates

Effective immediately, Essex corporate and all communities will use FedEx as our exclusive online shipping provider, due to newly negotiated discounts.

The FedEx program will be managed by the Office Services team, and they will be able to activate and change passwords for each location upon notification of staffing changes.

Last week, each community should have received an email with your community's initial FedEx account password and instructions on how to re-set that password by November 21st, 2018 to begin account use. If your community has not yet re-set your password, Community Managers are asked to do so now following the instructions below:

  1. Logon to https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html       
  2. You will need to change your password after logging in the first time. You can do this through your profile.
  3. Click your name in the top right, “my profile," and then edit the “login information.”
  4. You can also edit or update any contact information as well.
  5. If you notice any shipping permissions you need which are not currently enabled, please email officeservices@essex.com and they will add them to your user account.
  6. Shipping materials may be ordered via the FedEx online portal for free. 

Any previous accounts that were associated with your community will be disabled on December 15th. Please refer to the guide below to learn how to export your existing address book into a new account.
