Attention: All Maintenance Associates

We are pleased to announce that beginning on November 7th the Steps to Success program will been expanded for maintenance associates.

New Topics Added
The existing curriculum for Maintenance and Maintenance Technicians will be enhanced with the addition of new content suitable for these roles. Some of the new topics include: Reading Electrical Symbols & Diagrams, Troubleshooting Skills, Basic Electricity & Electronics, and Plumbing Systems Maintenance. We are also adding professional development topics to the curriculum.

The program has also been expanded to include content for the Maintenance Supervisor and Senior Maintenance Supervisor roles. For these roles, the curriculum will also include management and professional development topics in addition to maintenance topics.

The program has grown more robust thanks to the oversight of our Maintenance Task Force – the internal group of Senior Maintenance Supervisors who consult on what content is most valuable to include in the various maintenance training pathways within the program.
