Attention: All Associates

Effective Friday, February 1st, Promapp will be accessed through "E-Way Processes and Procedures," and Playbook will be officially retired. In an effort for all associates, seasoned and new, to easily identify the location of Essex processes, the Promapp links in Buzz and OKTA will be updated to "E-Way Processes and Procedures."

All remaining Playbook SOPs will be found directly in E-Way providing access to the enhanced search and feedback functions. Playbook SOPs will be identified with "SOP" as the first characters in the title to differentiate them from newly enhanced E-Way processes and procedures.

To view new processes as well as SOPs within E-Way, simply search by keyword. If any keyword does not provide the desired results, please email E-Way@essex.com to help us further improve the search functionality.
