On November 17, Essex hosted our very first Maintenance Challenge event in NorCal,  sponsored by HD Supply. Due to the success and popularity of the event, we are looking into incorporating this into each division's 2018 Maintenance Appreciation efforts. All maintenance associates were invited to participate in six exciting challenges:

1. Blind Tool ID
2. Screen Repair
3. Fill Valve Installation
4. Light Bulb Installation
5. Pipe Fitting Installation
6. Race Car Competition

Winners were determined by the lowest completion times for each challenge.  Congrats to all of you!
