The California Apartment Association honored individuals in the San Diego County rental housing industry at the 5th annual CAA San Diego Mission Awards event on October 13, 2016.

The Essex team was nominated in several categories, including:

• CentrePointe, Property of the Year built before 1990. 1-300 units
• Amy Smith of Cambridge Park, Property Manager of the Year, 301+ units
• Brenda Gradert of Carmel Landing, Property Manager of the Year, 301+ units
• Anthony Melendez of the Esplanade, Leasing Professional of the Year, 301+ units
• Christina Martin from the San Diego Regional Office, Regional Support Associate of the Year

Brenda Gradert took home the trophy for Property Manager of the year, and we couldn't be more proud! Brenda is pictured here with RPM Nick Allen.

A special congrats to the entire CentrePointe team, Amy Smith, Anthony Melendez and Christina Martin for your incredible work, and for representing Essex in San Diego.
