Attention: All On-Site Associates

State and/or local mandates now require property management companies like Essex to energy benchmark our communities. The Ancillary Income department is working closely with third-party utility billing providers who are managing the energy benchmarking process.

You may hear from RealPage, Conservice, YesEnergy, Essex CMS, or the Essex Utilities Team as it relates to data collection for this effort.

If you receive any notices at your community (via mail or email) from solicitors, the city, county, or state departments about benchmark requirements, deadlines, or violations, please forward the complete message to nfalknerrose@essex.com

You do not need to create an account with Portfolio Manager or pay any fees. Direct all benchmarking questions to nfalknerrose@essex.com
