Our employee engagement survey is back! Essex leadership invites you to participate in our bi-annual survey to ensure your voice is heard and help our company change, evolve and innovate. This short survey should take less than two minutes to complete and can be submitted on a computer, iPad or smartphone. Our Employee Engagement Survey will be available for responses through Friday, May 28. 

The survey questions will look familiar! This is intentional and will allow us to track our progress since our last survey in October 2020.

HELP US REACH OUR GOAL OF ACHIEVING AN 80% RESPONSE RATE!
Our current response rate is 36%. We encourage all associates to participate in the survey and help us reach our goal! If we reach an 80% response rate, 25 associates will be selected at random to receive $50 in Essex Excellence Points! Winners will be announced during Coffee Talk on Wednesday, June 16.
