Our employee engagement survey is back! Beginning Wednesday, May 19 through Friday, May 28, Essex leadership invites you to participate in our bi-annual survey to ensure your voice is heard and help our company change, evolve and innovate. This short survey should take less than two minutes to complete and can be submitted on a computer, iPad or smartphone.

The survey questions will look familiar! This is intentional and will allow us to track our progress since our last survey in October 2020.
