Emerald Pointe resident Dorothy is a proud grandmother of two young boys. For the holiday season, she ordered two tricycles to be shipped to the community. However, the package was heavy, and the trikes arrived unassembled, so she reached out to the team at Emerald Pointe to assist her with this holiday surprise.

Maintenance Technician Oscar Lopez (left) and Maintenance Supervisor Raymond Verrette (right) went above and beyond to help this resident. They carried the package from the leasing office to the resident's home and used their handyman savvy to build the toys in time for the grandchildren’s visit.

Kudos to Oscar and Raymond for providing thoughtful, excellent service to Essex residents!
