Earlier this month, on a Friday morning, Bel Air Apartments in the San Francisco Bay Area surprised valued residents with breakfast. As early as 6:30 am, team members stood at each property exit and greeted residents with breakfast-on-the-go bags.

Breakfast goodies included apple juice, a tasty pastry, cookies, and a mint. Over 150 bags were made.

“It’s been said, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The event provided a great opportunity for the management team to start the residents’ day off on the right foot,” shares Davina Slusher, community manager at Bel Air. “We will absolutely do it again”.

This highly successful event came at minimal cost and didn’t require much planning.  All items were purchased at Smart & Final for $250. “We made 150 bags, which equates to $1.66 per bag. We also saved cost by printing our own personalized labels,” adds Davina.

The awesome event immediately garnered a 5-star review on Yelp, as a resident was so happy to see the team out in the early morning with breakfast that she took a photo of the team and posted it on Yelp and Facebook.
