Attention: All Associates

On Tuesday, March 19^th, you will receive an email from Kingsley Associates containing a link to the 2019 E-Team Member Survey. As part of our commitment to making our work environment productive and rewarding, we have engaged Kingsley Associates, an independent consulting firm, to conduct our annual survey. Our objective is to obtain a better understanding of how E-Team members feel about their job and work environment. Please note:
 

• Kingsley Associates will conduct the study under strict confidentiality
• All data will be submitted directly to Kingsley Associates, not Essex
• Responses will never be attributed to individual E-team members
• All data will be aggregated by Kingsley Associates prior to delivery to Essex
• Survey will open on Tuesday, March 19th, and responses will be accepted through Friday, April 12th
• All E-team members hired prior to January 1st, 2019 are eligible to participate

The survey results will be shared with you through your Divisional/Regional or Corporate manager.
