Adam Berry and Essex senior leadership are pleased to announce the promotion of Dmitry Taraschansky to Group Vice President, Acquisitions.

In this role, Dmitry is responsible for negotiating and acquiring multifamily properties for Essex in Northern and Southern California. Since joining Essex in 2011, Dmitry has been responsible for the acquisition of approximately 4,100 apartment units representing two billion dollars of transaction volume.

Prior to joining Essex, Dmitry was an investment analyst at Goldman Sachs and T. Rowe Price and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from UC Berkeley.
