This week's Customer Comment of the Week goes to Gas Co.! The great work of the maintenance team is highlighted as well as the outstanding leasing team. Way to go Gas Co. team!

"I'm writing this review as Gas Co Lofts maintenance members Joe and Hector complete a work order i entered less than 24 hours ago. These guys are so amazing they managed to complete the order without waking up my 6-month old from her nap. Leasing members including Donald, Sherise and manager Nilufar are always just so pleasant to interact with. Our designated front desk supervisor Mike is off the charts with willingness to help and overall personality. He's extradorinaiy wen it comes to personalized customer service.With as many options as there are now in DTLA, renters should not shy away from visiting the Gas Co lofts. My wife and I are extremely happy with this community and plan on being a resident here during our tenure in Downtown.Thank you to all that make this home."

"I have finally settled into my loft space after six months and I can truly say, it is fantastic living the Gas Company Lofts.  I have lived in DTLA since 2000 and have witnessed the tremendous growth.  I have lived in Little Tokyo and the Historic Core.  Residing now at the Gas Company Lofts in the South Park District is exciting!  It is a "walkable community", EVERYTHING is close.  7th/Metro rail connection for the Red and Purple line; 7th and Fig, LA Live! (restaurants, the Regal (14 screens) theater, the Staple Center and Microsoft theater), The Bloc (Macy's and coming soon, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema) Whole Foods, Ralph's and a plethora of coffee shops including Philz's coffee!

The management team, Don and Sherise are top-notch.  They are both super professional, responsible, patient and kind. The building is impeccably maintained.  I had a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the by the professional maintenance team.
The concierge, Michael is well versed in what's going on in the community.  The front desk ambassadors during the evenings and weekends are very helpful.

I really LOVE living at the Gas Company Lofts!"
