"I'm a current resident of Redmond Hill since May of 2013. This complex is worth living at because of the exceptional service that you get from the staff, especially by their maintenance team. Miguel has handled the bulk of the service requests at my apartment unit. Miguel is kind, funny, friendly, intelligent and efficient. I've lived at other places where they hire apathetic workers with no empathy for your current situation. Having worked in customer service for over 6 years, I can say that my experience dealing with him has been a great one. He is training a newer maintenance employee named Angelo who has also been very kind and helpful. The fact that Essex hires such a great team to take care of it's residents basic needs is the main reason to rent here. I hope they keep and continue to hire quality employees like Miguel and Angelo!" - John C.
