MB360’s second building officially opened last Monday, November 2nd and already had its first resident move in! Located in San Francisco’s booming Mission Bay neighborhood, MB360 is made up of two separate buildings with the local Mission Bay Kids Park dividing the two. The new building is located at 1200 4^th street and features 172 apartment homes, while the first building with 188 apartment homes is at 701 China Basin, totaling 360 homes–hence the name MB360.

The new building features studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and unique amenities such as The HangOut Clubhouse with private catering kitchen and cozy courtyard with a heated trellis and spa area.
