Attention: All Associates

Endri Hoxha, at Hillsdale Garden in San Mateo, CA, made great strides toward accomplishing his professional goals by partnering in career planning with the Learning and Development team.

Endri was previously recognized as being one of the first associates to complete the Maintenance Technician Curriculum and performed strongly in this role, even achieving the "Rookie of the Year" award at this year's gala. Endri furthered his training by also completing the Leasing Specialist Curriculum. He partnered with the Learning and Development team to help put together a career path plan and was coached and advised by the team on his resume and additional sales-related training that he could take in Learning Bridge.

All of the hard work, planning, and dedication paid off as Endri was recently promoted to Leasing Specialist!
