Attention: All Associates

It's been over a year since the Steps to Success curriculum rolled out, and an increasing number of E-Team members are participating and completing the curriculum. Currently, 145 associates have completed full the Steps to Success curriculum for their roles or for the role they are aspiring to, and more than 900 associates are progressing through the curriculum.

Today we'd like to highlight the accomplishments of two amazing maintenance associates: Shawn Coyne, Porter from The Village at Toluca Lake, Roberto Ramirez, Maintenance Supervisor from Mill Creek, and Michael Salinas, Maintenance Tech from The Devonshire. Shawn and Roberto each recently completed the Steps to Success curriculum designed for their current job roles, and Roberto is the first Maintenance Supervisor at Essex to complete the Steps to Success curriculum for Maintenance Supervisors. Congratulations, Shawn, Roberto, and Michael!  

Additionally, we'd like to recognize 13 more associates from leasing teams who have completed the Steps to Success curriculum designed for their current roles. Congratulations Santos Arita, Assistant Manager - Mission Hills; Allison Bay, Assistant Manager - Fountain Court; Erica Brown and Bradley Moransk - Leasing Specialists - Wilshire La Brea; Zynday Grant, Assistant Manager - Ellington at Bellevue; Prasheelta Lakhan, Community Manager - 777 Hamilton; Cristina Santana, Leasing Specialist - Willow Lake; Christina Smith, Leasing Specialist - Alpine Village; Lisa Jaramillo, Leasing Specialist - Mission Hills; Jillyn Parker, Leasing Specialist - Bel Air; Kevin Brown, Leasing Specialist - 5600 Wilshire; Raman Gill, Leasing Specialist - The Cairns and Julie Darrah, Leasing Specialist - Forestview.

Last but not least, congratulations to Angela Chau, who completed the Steps to Success curriculum for Leasing Specialists and was recently promoted from Resident Relations Rep to Assistant Manager; Melissa Derrickson, who completed the Steps to Success curriculum for Leasing Specialists and was recently promoted from Leasing Specialist to Assistant Manager; James Tarver, who completed the Steps to Success curriculum for Assistant Managers and was recently promoted from Assistant Manager to Community Manager!

All associates featured today are a true inspiration for the E-Team members who'd to like invest in their learning and development and grow at Essex!
