Complete Your Self Evaluation by Oct. 14th

A reminder that all associates need to complete the first step of the review process, Self Evaluation, by October 14th. Evaluations are completed in Success Factors which may be accessed via OKTA single sign-on on the Buzz homepage. Go to Buzz > HR > Success Factors for more information and work with your manager to schedule dedicated time at a computer within which to complete the Self Evaluation.
Performance Evaluations
Annual performance evaluations are a key component of associate development. It is the opportunity to review performance, set goals for professional development, establish objectives for contributing to Essex’s mission, and discuss expectations and accomplishments. This process also creates a partnership between the supervisor and associate. Associates hired prior to July 3rd are eligible for an evaluation.
Manager Action Item
All managers need to help their teams schedule dedicated computer time during which the associate may complete the Self Evaluation.
